If you’ve been with my blog for a while now, or have ventured into my previous posts, you’ll notice that the greenery around my house has grown a lot! I took my blog pics here for the first time in a while and was surprised.

White is the perfect summer color, it’s fresh and clean, and keeps you cool, which is very important for the upcoming hot summer days. In this outfit, I am wearing a white cape-like top paired with simple jean shorts and a matching white headband. If you know me, you know I love to match a headband to my outfit. Going with the boxy look, I chose a square-shaped bag from MCM to finish the perfect casual summer look.

As for other accessories, I chose teardrop outline earrings to make the outfit more interesting and my favorite Kate Spade sunglasses!

I selected a few boxy white tops that are similar to this look. This take on the classic white shirt can be worn in the summer with shorts or in the fall/spring with longer jeans!
