Another one of the Instagrammable posts! This time I am featuring Instagrammable desserts in Los Angeles, California. As you guys know, I am always on the search for Instagram-worthy food, especially desserts. Check out my previous series: Seoul, NYC (1), NYC (2)

1. Snow Monster

Snow Monster is a cute dessert chain in SoCal with the catchphrase “eat dessert, be a monster”. I was first attracted by their cute logo and drink jars, and fell in love with their desserts. I was able to try their sunset strawberry lemonade and macaron ice cream sandwich.

2. Bae Little Tokyo

One weekend I went out to Downtown LA (DTLA) on my way to Irvine and visited Little Tokyo. I tried Bae’s activated charcoal soft-serve which was amazing and aesthetically pleasing.

3. Honeymee

I first tried Honeymee with my cousins a few years ago when I went to California. While I liked the traditional honey menu, I tried the matcha version and liked it a lot more that just honey.

4. Salt & Straw

During my time at Venice Beach/Abbot Kinney, I saw a long line at Salt & Straw and had to see what the line was about. Salt & Straw is an amazing ice cream shop with monthly flavors. I had honey lavender and roasted strawberry & toasted white chocolate and returned the next day to have two more scoops of the honey lavender.

5. Millet Crepe

My co-workers and I checked out this lovely crepe shop in Sawtelle because they are known as the “#1 macarons in LA”. While I prefer macarons from Ladurée, these were pretty good and had a cute storefront. We returned the next night to try the famous crème brûlée crepe that was the best crepe I have ever had in my entire life.
